COVID-19 Statement
We understand the concerns and the precautions that everyone must take as more and more information concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is made available to us. Unlike grocery stores, drug stores and other public facilities with large numbers of daily customers, we have only a few patients that are in our office each day. Additionally, unlike these other public places, we utilize a hospital grade disinfectant that is bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal and tuberculocidal on all surfaces that are touched or could potentially be touched by patients and/or staff.
We want you to feel comfortable in coming to our office, so if you have any concerns during this time of heightened awareness about COVID-19, or about our daily routines for disinfection and sanitation please give us a call: 214-348-7090.
A few things to keep in mind:
If you have a respiratory illness or respiratory symptoms, and would be coming for a routine dental visit, it would be best to postpone until you are symptom free.
We have removed all magazines from the waiting area to reduce any potential cross contamination.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to minimize the amount of time that you might spend in the waiting area.
As always, we adhere to strict protocols for all patient visits and will wear a mask, gloves and eyewear for all patient treatment. Masks and gloves are disposed after each visit and glasses are disinfected.
We are maintaining our usual office hours during this period, and we feel that it is important to maintain your oral health in addition to your overall health. If we can answer any questions or alleviate any of your concerns, please give us a call.
